The Wichita, Kansas Facility:
The Wichita facility offers a vast array of semiconductor testing services, including, test software development, Military IC test, hardware design and development, electrical characterization, wafer probe, final test, burn-in, COTS upscreening, PEM qualification, HAST, HTOL, temperature cycling, THB, lead scan, bake, dry pack, warehousing and drop shipping. Integra’s testing operation supports our customers with these services 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
